I had such high hopes for this company, and was delighted when I found it for the Renaissance and the superyupo papers I need for my profession. Although three items arrived beautifully boxed, undamaged, and promptly, one of the items was completely wrong.

I sent two emails to the company, which have gone unanswered. I would have liked to phone them after paper.ie’s lack of response, but there’s no customer service number or live chat feature on the website.

I think it’s bizarre that there’s no other way to contact them other than email. I’m hugely disappointed. I would have liked to use an Irish company for my specialty papers
