I tried buying paper from this company a few months ago. They charged my card but didn't fulfil the order. The company didn't respond to multiple attempts to contact them subsequently.

Its hard to imagine what went wrong here but charging customers, not fulfilling orders and not responding at all to contacts is about as bad as it gets.
